1. Who operates this website

Yu the Foreign Trade provides Facebook advertising support and overseas B2B inquiry optimization for Chinese export manufacturers. This policy applies to information handled through this website and related business communication.

2. Information you provide and technical data

For an inquiry, we request your company name, main export products and WhatsApp or phone number. You may also provide your email, target market and a message about your advertising needs or difficulties. A privacy acknowledgment is recorded with a submitted inquiry. Please share only what is needed to discuss cooperation; do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

Our website host may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. The form service may process similar technical data when the form is activated and submitted.

3. Why we use your information

We use inquiry details to reply to you, understand your products and target markets, discuss Facebook advertising services and follow up on the potential cooperation. We do not sell your company details or contact information to third parties. Sending an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

We may also use necessary technical data to keep the website available and address misuse. Advertising measurement, if enabled, is handled separately under your advertising cookie choice described below.

4. Hosting, form processing and external communication

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Formspree is the intended inquiry processor: once a Formspree endpoint is configured, it will receive form submissions and deliver them to us. While the form address is left empty, the form does not send your details to Formspree; please use the displayed contact channels.

If you click WhatsApp or add us on WeChat, you interact with that provider under its own privacy terms. The WeChat QR image is hosted on this website and does not load a WeChat tracking script. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights.

We are based in China, and service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Their processing locations and protections may differ from those in your location. Share the minimum information needed and contact us if you have a question before submitting.

5. Cookie preferences and optional Meta Pixel

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your advertising cookie choice. The preference is shared by the Chinese and English pages on this domain; changing the language does not change your choice. This preference storage does not itself send advertising information to Meta.

The Meta Pixel ID is currently reserved for later configuration. The pixel only loads after an ID is configured and you accept advertising cookies. If enabled with your permission, Meta may receive page views, device or browser information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and inquiry conversion events for advertising measurement and audience building. Meta may associate these events with a Meta account under its own policies.

This website sends a Lead event only after the form processor confirms a successful submission and advertising consent remains accepted. We do not attach your name, company name, phone, email, target market or inquiry message to pixel event parameters. Rejecting advertising cookies does not prevent you from contacting us or using a configured inquiry form.

You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops subsequent pixel events from this website implementation; it does not delete information already received by Meta.
